On a specific diet and hate ordering food because there are zero options out there? We feel your pain. The simple pleasure of ordering off a menu does exist, even if you can't quite believe it! Back to the Basics is a vegan food service that produces and delivers food pan India. After her time heading PETA India, Anuradha Sawhney decided to fulfil her lifelong dream of opening a vegan food service that was inclusive of every diet out there. Her only condition was that it must be cruelty free. Back to the Basics conjures up yummy delicacies for different diets such as the now trending keto diet, the infamous paleo diet, the gluten-free and sugar-free diets and lastly our favourite, the vegan diet.

1. On a gluten-free diet
What you can eat - fruits, vegetables, rice, millets, cassava, legumes, nuts, maize, soy, buckwheat, sorghum, arrowroot, quinoa, chia, flax, nut flours.
Benefits of a gluten-free diet: According to Bistro MD this diet can help improve cholesterol levels, promote digestive health, and increase energy levels if you have gluten intolerance.

2. On a Paleo Diet

If you want to look like Gwyneth Paltrow, then you need to be very conscious of what you eat and drink. She loves everything organic, natural and wholesome, so stick to that when you decide what food to consume.

3. On a Keto Diet
What you can eat: Low carb veggies like endives, lettuce, eggplant, asparagus. High protein such as tofu, flax, almonds and pumpkin seeds. Lots of high and healthy fats such as avocados, olive oil, coconut oil etc.
Benefits of a keto diet: quick and drastic weight loss, reduced blood sugar levels due to the low carb intake.
