Nutrient Rich Home-Made Soya Milk

1 cup soya beans
2 cups water
1. Soak one cup of beans in water, and leave it over night
2. Strain the beans and put them in a blender
3. Add two cup of water along with the beans and blend till smooth
4. Using a muslin or cheese cloth, strain the mixture.
5. Put the strained mixture into a sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil.
6. Let cool, and store in glass container
