One Minute No Cook Breakfast Bowl

A weekend treat that requires few ingredients but is packed with flavour and energy

2 cups Soya Milk

1 Apple Cut

1 whole Banana

3 slices of Pineapple

1/2 cup walnuts

2-4 Seedless Dates (to taste)

I cup Oats



1. Prep all produce so that it is ready for use

2. In a blender add all the fruit - apple, pineapple, banana with the dates, oats and soya milk.

3. Blend till combined with desired texture

4. Garnish with some cut fruit
