Vegan Breakfast - Tofu Bhurji

Ingredients

2 tsp Oil

1 tsp cumin

1 Chopped Onion

2 Green Chillies slit

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 cups shredded tofu

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves for garnish

 

Method:

1. Fry the cumin, chillies and onions for 2 minutes.

2. Add in the tomatoes and the rest of the powdered spices. fry till softened

3. Add the grated tofu and stir fry till full combined

4. serve with a piece of toast.

5. Enjoy!
