Video Recipe: High Protein Chickpea Salad
1 cup Chickpeas - soaked over night
1 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped tomatoes
2 Diced Chilies
1 Lemon, Cut in half
1/2 cup Coriander
1 1/2 or 2 tsp Chat Masala, to taste
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas with chopped tomatoes, chilies, onions and coriander. Add the chat masala and some salt to taste. Then squeeze half a lime into the bowl and mix.
Garnish with a cut chili and wedge of lime.
