Justbe by Nidhi Nahata wins India's Best Vegan Restaurant Award at Zee Zest Unlimit Awards 2024

Our hearts overflow with gratitude as Justbe by Nidhi Nahata has been awarded the prestigious title of “Best Vegan Restaurant” in India by Zee Zest, 2024.  

This recognition is a testament to the Justbe Family’s relentless dedication, passion, and hard work towards spreading a conscious and compassionate lifestyle. From the chefs who consistently deliver delectable Plant-Based Dishes; the Front House Team who provide Exceptional Service ensuring that every guest feels at home at Justbe; and every member of the Justbe Family who contributes in their unique way to provide an exceptional experience – this award belongs to them.

Justbe was established in June 2017, a year after Nidhi Nahata attended the SHARAN retreat to lower her cholesterol levels without medication. The retreat led to a shift in her mindset and lifestyle, which soon became a greater purpose - helping everyone achieve their best health with the medicinal power of food itself.

Spreading the power of a plant-based lifestyle has had a 3-fold impact:
1. Individual health
2. Curbing animal cruelty
3. Making the world a better place by leading a more sustainable lifestyle. 

Nidhi Nahata has been a pioneer in revolutionising the hospitality industry since Justbe’s inception in June 2017. Her passion and expertise as a Lifestyle Coach are reflected in every aspect and her leadership has shaped Justbe into an organisation more than just a restaurant.

Devansh’s drive to take his mother’s legacy forward has propelled him to increase Justbe’s online presence, standardise operations, and make the Justbe family bigger!

The Zee Zest Unlimit Awards 2024 concluded on 5th March and will be telecast on 30th March. It was a celebration of talent and excellence in the culinary, hospitality, and lifestyle realms, attended by renowned chefs, restauranteurs, hoteliers, and the who’s who of the hospitality industry.
