World's Largest Vegan Restaurant Chain On Track To Open 200 Stores
Copper Branch, a Canadian restaurant chain that serves 100% plant-based meals, is on an expansion drive. The chain will touch the 50-store mark in April this year, and is set to open 150 more locations across the globe by 2020, taking the worldwide tally to 200!
They will start with the United States - its second outlet will open in New York in April. The eatery will then branch out to other overseas locations in Western Europe and more locations in Canada.
