It’s been a wholesome year since AGAMA: Farmer’s Experiential Vegan Cafe opened its doors to food lovers, and now, it’s time to celebrate! Agama – which means “tradition” in Sanskrit – is more than just a cafe. It’s a celebration of blending tradition and novelty, where food is not only good for the planet but great for people and kind to animals. Known for its fresh in-house hydroponically grown greens and organically cultivated mushrooms, Agama Cafe has carved a special place in the city’s plant-based dining scene. This anniversary is more than just a party – it’s a celebration of community, conscious eating, and unforgettable experiences.

Agama began with one simple thought – let’s make food that’s fresh, local, cruelty-free, and farm-to-table. Every dish is crafted with ingredients picked at their peak, with some grown hydroponically in-house, some cultivated on-site, and others sourced directly from our farms in Panipat. It’s a space where anyone can walk in, feel at home, and leave a little happier. Together, Agama aims to build a community that cares about the planet and every living being on it. Who says vegan can’t be indulgent? Bite into golden truffled mushroom croquettes and smoky mushroom galawat chaat made with our in-house grown mushrooms and greens. Twirl your fork through a hearty, slow-simmered vegan Bolognese pasta, or share our wholesome quinoa-based pizzas like the Red Lion and Bella.
